What is the typical turnaround time?
A typical residential project takes 4-8 weeks from concept to construction documentation, depending on complexity and revision rounds.
Do you work on projects outside Ghana?
Yes. We can work remotely on projects anywhere in Africa. Site visits are included in the Premium tier; for other tiers, they can be added at cost.
Do you handle permits and approvals?
We prepare all drawings required for permit applications. However, we do not interface directly with permitting authorities unless arranged separately.
