We want you to be happy with every purchase from Studio by Gabochie. This policy covers refunds, returns, and cancellations for all products and services we offer.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable books, bundles, and PDFs are final and non-refundable once delivered. If you experience technical issues downloading or accessing your purchase, contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Tuition for courses is refundable within 14 days of enrollment if no coursework has been accessed. After 14 days or once course materials have been accessed, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Course cancellations by the Studio will result in a full refund.
Monthly patron subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the payment platform. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given for the remainder of a billing period.
Contact us at studio@gabochie.com with your order details and the reason for your request. We will respond within 5 business days. Refunds are processed through the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving any issue fairly.
